I am writing you this letter hoping it gets to you in time.
I am happy to say Im not asking anything of you
but just to let you know I Love You
Not for what you’ve done but for who you’ve been.
My Heavenly Father and also my bestfriend
You’ve been by my side more than I could of ever imagine
When the storms of life has rocked my boat, you were my captain
When I felt confused, you gave me a sense of direction
At times when I felt unrighteous, you told me to strive for perfection
I should not be living but I am because you’ve been my protection
I wanted to get a 9-5 but you told me my ministry should be my profession
In my darkest hour, you reminded me that you’ve given me a family
And that one day I’ll have my own family when you make a man of me
You’ve shown me that you do have a plan for me
And that you can turn my impossibilities into possibilities
I can go on until I run out of room
And write about how you swept me off my feet without needed a broom
God as I continue to be your bride, continue to be my groom
Hopefully we’ll get to meet one day and one day soon
